Usually when I throw it in the dryer i put dryer sheets in it and it makes it soft, but when I want to air dry them they get hard. How do I make air dryed clothes soft?

I am looking to start buying and selling cars. I want them to at least run but I don’t know what kind of car? I don’t know what a good starting car is? I have only $2,000 to buy and fix. me and my girlfriend have to chat through video and i have a mac and she has a pc. skype is not an option because quite frankly, its horrible. it constantly freezes and just doesnt work. is there any better video chat free services?
