I know I should know the answer to this but its a simple question, who should I make make the check out to, in order to pay for my taxes, the “Department of the treasury” or “internal revenue services”? Can I just abbreviate I.R.S?

I would like to be a wet nurse for babys who have allergys or no mothers, I was wondering are there places I can offer my services? Do you think orphanages and, or hospitals do or would pay for this service?
